Warm and soft classic
I bought this for every day and recently camping. The hood is double thickness and generous making it extra warm for early mornings. I’m 5’7, 38” bust and the large fits roomy with length for warmth. I love the eggplant color.

Great Sweatshirt
This is the fourth of these sweatshirts that I have purchased. The first was in yellow and ran a bit small. The next was a peach color, then an eggplant color and now this navy sweatshirt. The last three have been perfect. I am very small and love that they are available in petite size.

Best material for a standard sweatshirt
This is the best material for a standard sweatshirt. It remains soft inside and smooth on the outside. I bought one size larger than I needed to consider shrinking and arm length and it’s a perfect fit. I wish LL Bean made a longer version of this sweatshirt in the same thick, soft material in more colors.

Versatile hoodie
This is my second 1912 sweatshirt, although I have had many other LLBean hoodies. I use these as a "bathrobe" with my pajamas. It's a great travel piece because I use it as a bathrobe or a spare warm layer. I wish it was 100% cotton, but the 60/40 blend makes a garment that does not shrink and this fabric has not pilled for me, and I have had one of them for several years.

Excellent fit and quality.
The fit is very good. I love this muted green color and the material is so soft. Took it with me to our remote cabin in Canada and it kept me nice and warm on those cold northern Ontario nights. I’m 5’4” and wear a LP.
