Rated 1 out of 5 by ReviewCat1 from Sadly disappointed Super bummed with the quality of the garment. Strangely the button holes seem much larger than the buttons. After the first time wearing it, the buttons basically fall out of the botton holes. Literally any movement and the entire thing comes unbuttoned. It would be comical, had I not spent so much money on it. Material thickness is nice, but a little bit scratchy. Maybe it will get better the more you wash it. I saw another person recommending washing with fabric softener to make it softer. Really sad it didn't live up to expectations, since it was a Christmas splurge present to myself. Garment was true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LLoveBeing from Fantastic for students, and everyone else too! Bought one for myself and each of my family members for Christmas... A funny gift that has gained some serious love and respect in our household. Many nights this Christmas break were spent watching movies and playing games in these things! I'm a 25-year-old med school student living in Cleveland, and I obviously brought it back to school with me. Love lounging around in it, and it's great for studying. Current temp is -22 degrees in Cleveland (a record low), but I'm toasty warm! Mom and dad will wear theirs snowmobiling at the cabin. Younger brother (college senior) says he'll will wear his out to the bars with a Santa hat and not pay for a single drink all night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by northwestcowgirl from Good purchase I need to wear a variety of thermal underwear for the different kinds of outdoor activities that I do. I hunt, horseback ride, backpack, ski, snowshoe etc. Years ago I purchased the bottoms and separate wool tops and loved the warmth that they provided. When I saw that I could get a union suit of the same material and quality I decided to give them a try. This is a functional union suit and not your typical novelty type. Wearing panties with the union suit does not work if you plan to use the back bottom door which only has one button and works like a pair of men's boxers with an open fly to take care of business. I really like this suit and will use it for the outdoors or even as pj's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by byrdele from Excellent low activity and indoor warmth The union suit is comfortable, after being washed fits like skin but is not too tight and gives me the warmth and convenience that only a union suit can give. It would be nice to feature ivory or white to be worn under sweaters of that color. I am really glad that someone is making union suits for women, I don't have to buy men's and then hope I can shrink them down and if I wear more than one layer over it I don't have a long john shirt as well as a shirt under my sweater to tuck in. That's too much tucking for me. The quality is excellent. Please do think about white/ivory, though. The pale pink is good for lighter colored sweaters, but not for ivory or white. Thanks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by neurosurgerytech from Ill-fitting hatch On the positive note, they are warm . . . however the backside is just so ill-fitting and poorly designed. The first time you open that button, that's it -- the button won't stay closed ever again. The hatch needs to be redesigned. Instead of a horizontal slit, it would be better to go back to the traditional two-button "trap door" flap. Not only will the slit not stay closed, the non-buttoning button is located smack in your backside where you sit (ouch), and the slit is also fairly useless as far as being able to use the facilities without becoming completely undressed. This was a deal-breaker for me. I will be returning the union suit for long underwear separates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Babydc from A great buy! I got a suit for my husband and one for myself, and we both love them. I am 5'5" and weigh about 150, and the medium fits fine. A small may have been ok too, as it is a bit roomy in the crotch area, but I was taking no chances with shrinking. On that note, I first just hung it to dry, but then got braver and dried it on the knit and delicate cycle with good results. I thought at first that it had shrunk a bit, but after wearing a few minutes, it stretched out again. I wear mine to bed and don't find it at all scratchy. And you really can use the back flap! Ladies, if you are looking for something figure flattering and sexy, this is not it. But if warm and cozy is what you are after, you will find it in this union suit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by NashvilleGirl from Shrinky, itchy material I soooooo wanted to love this Union Suit. I get cold at night, and was really hoping this would be the answer. It looked cute enough when it arrived in the package. But the material was incredibly stiff. So, I went ahead and washed it in Cold water on the Delicates cycle, and dried it on low, per the care instructions. Not only did it shrink fairly significantly, but the material seemed even stiffer than before I washed it. Plus, I got so itchy from it, even though it is lined with cotton, that I had to take it off after 10 minutes. I hate to say it, but this one is going back in favor of some more traditional pajamas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RuthlessAnimal from My boyfriend is sooo jealous! My first impression when I pulled it out of the bag, was "wow, this is heavy". And soon I discovered it is an amazing warm item! Plus, made in Canada! I am almost 5'2", 42yrs and top the scale at 105#. The women's small is roomy in the mid section, but the arm length and leg length were awesome! I debated about ordering the children's L, but found out that was bigger than the women's. I highly recommend this item if you or your significant woman friend is always "freezing." I usually wear several layers relaxing in my old home, but I can get by with the bare minimum of just this, less the 6 other layers. The only negative I have to say is, I wish I ordered two!
