Snow cleats
Have not worn them, thank goodness no more snow. 98 inches was enough this year. Bought a pair similar to these at hsn for 23.00 last year, but these fit higher on the front. And secure strap will be nice when put on heavy boots. Others just put on shoes. We’re ok and helpful.

Walking safely on ice in northern New York.
Bought these for my wife to navigate our icy terrain during the winter and spring around the house. She really likes them and feels comfortable while using. Something you have to watch out for though is the spikes when walking on wood structures such as a deck, where they will make really nasty gouges in anything you walk on that’s soft.

These are probably the best "ice spikes" I have ever used, they stay on your boots and don't shed the spikes like some other brands. The fact that they come in several sizes is great, one size does not fit all.

Perfect Replacement for Yaktrax
When my trusty Yaktrax finally gave up the ghost, I went looking for something with more of a spiky grip. These fit my Columbia hiking shoes perfectly. Some reviews state these are hard to get on and off. No harder than Yaktrax. Unlike Yaktrax, these provided me with a solid feel when I walked on bare pavement rather than a wibbly roller-skate feeling. I'm very glad I purchased these.

Worth it
Bought these about 5 years ago. I live in snow country with lots of snow to blow and icy roads to walk down. Easy to put on and off. They save me from falls and I feel lucky to have them. These are the best ones I've seen on the market. I would hate to face winter without them.

I ordered size medium which fits shoe sizes 8 through 10. My shoe size is 9. When I tried to put it on, it was a very tight fit - very tight fit. And difficult to put on. It definitely will not slip.

Stays on you boots and grips very well. It does slip on thick ice. I wish the spikes were a little longer but I have recommended these to many walking friends and these are much better than many brands out there.

I bought the Stabilicers to wear on a pair of Maine Hunting Shoes (now called Bean Boots) that I've been wearing for over twenty five years. The boots are a size nine and I ordered the large Stabilicers based on the reviews I read. They ended up fitting perfectly in my opinion. I have had no problems with them slipping off and they grip securely on ice. They'll probably be on my boots until early Spring with the way the weather has been.

Sabers slice the ice, but...
Having once slipped on my driveway ice and suffered a concussion, I'm thrilled to have these tough mini sabers now on each foot glauming into outdoor snowy, crunchy and slick surfaces. Just wish they were easier for my weak, old fingers to get them off and on my boots or shoes.

Works Great!
I really like how these fit my boots and the velcro strap on top really keeps them on and in place. Other types I have had in the past I have had to tie on with an extra shoe lace. I will definitely buy these again.

Good traction
I've only used them a few times. Lucky me, haven't had a bad winter so far this year. I feel more confident when I'm taking the dog for her walks. The only issue I have is that they're hard to pull on. They're supposed to fit up to size 8. I'm 6.5 and can't imagine getting them onto a larger size boot/shoe. Once they're on, they fit the boot well and I like the extra security of the strap over the toes.

Stabilicers Bean Traxx Traction Device Size M
I have yet to try the stabilicers as we have just had recent snowfalls. With no dog to walk, I don't take walks. However, I ordered what I thought was the appropriate size, yet had a very had time to put them on my boots. I wear a 9W boot, boots are Merrell J18928, with a heavy sole. With such difficulty with the stabilicers, I feel I have NO option but to leave them on the boots.

Too small, difficult to get on, great traction
These make me feel safer on the icy driveway, walkways, parking lots, etc. I like the top velcro strap, too. However, they are very different ti get onto my shoe or boot. For one thing, they run too small. I need to get the next size up, so these are labeled incorrectly. For another, there is nothing to grip onto or to use to pull them on, so my fingers get caught in between the rubber at the heel and my shoe, hurting my fingers. They are equally difficult to take off .

SAFETY FIRST - YOU WON’T REGRET THIS PURCHASE
This was one of the best products I have ever purchased. I feel much SAFER wearing these when I take my dog outside in the winter months. I cannot stress how well these stabilizers work. They grip very well and give me the SECURITY I need. I wear a size 9 boot and the medium fits perfect. I found it easier to keep the stabilizers on one pair of boots rather than taking them off and on my boots. So far this setup has worked out great for me. I no longer have to worry about FALLING (especially on the black ice that’s hard to detect until you’re on it!). Thank you L.L. Bean for a wonderful and functional product.
