Fittment not good
Bowls are flimsy and don’t fit well. They rattle and make too much noise. Actually scared my Labrador. Had to buy better bowls with rubber gaskets to use the stand. Made by Polywood. And they have more color options for it. Could have gotten it direct. Surprised of the quality from llbean.

Best Feeder
Love this pet feeder. Sturdy to use inside or outside. The only negative I would mention is
how loud it is from the stainless dish moving when the dog is eating. I have put something
around the hole where the dish sits to solve the problem.

Not as good as it could be
Overall, this pet feeder misses the mark. The construction of the stand is fine, though it may be a bit tall for dogs on the medium/large border (mine is about 52lbs and it's slightly tall for her).
I wish it would come with nicer bowls (maybe not as large, thicker metal) and with some form of padding on the stand or bump to keep the bowls from spinning in the stand while the dog eats. The stickers inside the bowl have strong adhesive, which took lots of scrubbing to remove.

Great for our German Shorthair Pointer.
Overall, I am happy with this pet feeder. The bowls are a bit big, but our dog has a pointy snout, so the bowl size is easier for her to eat out of and get all of the food from the edges. The height also is perfect. The bowls and surface are easy to clean. The stickers inside the bowls were easy to peel off; I used a little olive oil rubbed on the sticky residue, then washed the bowls to remove all the residue. My one critique is that the holes for the bowls are larger than need be, so the bowls move around a little when the dog is eating or drinking. This isn't a major problem but it is something that can be improved upon in future production.

Great Feeder! Terrible bowls!
I really like the feeder but do not like the bowls. First thing I did was order news bowls that actually fit in stand. Now the feeder is perfect. I am not happy that I had to spend another $30+ for new bowls but after reading reviews prior to ordering I already knew the bowls were too small for openings. I also ordered the medium gray scattered paws dog mat and they look great together.

Feeder is nice…label inside bowl is not amazing
The stand itself is nice and as pictured. I have no idea why someone would glue a large label on the inside of the bowl. The labels are difficult to remove and required soaking in soapy water - not the end of the world of course, but silly.

Great for a large dog
Love these dog bowls. They look great in our new kitchen. My only complaint is they put stickers in the middle of each dog bowl. I had to use Goo Gone to get the stickiness out of the bowl.

Dog Feeder looks good but is BIG
I measured it, before I ordered. (mostly for height) But when I got it home, it looked really HUGE in my kitchen and the bowls are quite large, which may be good for slower eating, but twice as big as I'm currently using for my 50 pound dog. I had to take it back to LL Bean store.
The item looked very good and sturdy. I just don't have enough room for it. I would encourage anyone to measure TWICE to make sure they are comfortable with the amount of space it takes up. I ordered the double size.

Great concept
I love the composite wood super easy to clean very sturdy. I dislike the bowls the opening is cut to large and as others have stated they are very noisy bang around when my Boxer is eating. I have tried rubber stops for cupboards but they fall off, I have resorted to using a towel around the bowl quite!! The water dish I place a smaller bowl from the previous wood feeder I have inside. I would recommend it only for the ease of cleaning.

Works for my dog fine!
My dog is happy and it is the perfect height for her, Bernese Mountain/Poodle mix. For me, since it is an LL Bean product, my expectations were very high and there were a few disappointments. The bowls began to rust within a few months and stain the stand. While we live in Hawaii, we are not oceanfront and the durability of the bowls did not meet my expectations. They rusted early on and are on the flimsy side. Make no mistake, I am a huge LL Bean fan, however this one fell short of 5 stars. For the price, I would think twice before ordering again, however I would tell friends to give it a try with the above caveats.

Good feeder, bad bowls
I love the feeder, it's a great color, good height for my labs and fits perfectly in the kitchen where the dogs eat. However the bowls are so cheap and thin. And the stickers on the inside of the bowl are hard to get off! The bowls make so much noise as the dogs are eating. I'm still searching for better bowls, but do like the actual feeder.

Great stand, ok bowls
The stand is great - very nice looking, very rugged, and perfect height for our 65lb goldendoodle. The bowls are a little on the cheap/lightweight side. I wish they were a little thicker, but they work fine. Overall very happy with the purchase! For the money, I would suggest increasing the thickness of the bowls a bit in the future.

Expensive for Low Durability
We purchased this set for our dogs. The white finish starting peeling about 9 months after purchasing. I realize most things don't last forever. However, for the price, this set should have lasted longer than 9 months. We have had another set that we purchased elsewhere - has lasted about 9 years. Save yourself the aggravation.

Beware of screws
When the feeder arrived, there were two screws that were poking through the top (sharp tip up). I had to back them out with a screwdriver. Need some better quality control. But love the product otherwise.

Feeder is exactly as described, solid sturdy construction (think trex decking-maintenance free for life). Bowls fit well and provide enough space for a hungry dog's feed/water. Love how it finishes off our new kitchen. Just had a small space left and this fits perfectly. Awesome match with the Medium Gray Recycled Waterhog Dog Mat, Herringbone.

Slate Gray All-Weather Feeder is perfect!!
Finally, LL Bean came out with an All-Weather Feeder that wasn’t white!! This Slate Gray doesn’t show are the dirty marks or water stains as the white version did. The bowls are even better quality than the other version too!! Extremely happy with this purchase and perfect height for our English Black Lab:)

Bowls are cheesy, not worth the (high )price
The bowls that came with it are made of really cheap thin stainless, about half the thickness of the Durapet bowls I have been using for my dog. Likely to dent, no anti-skid rubber on the bottoms of the bowls. I would simply use Durapet bowls in the stand but they won't fit: the 2 quart ones are too small for the holes and the 3 quart ones are too large. For $120 I expected something more like the usual Bean quality. So I'm returning the whole setup. (Incidentally, the included bowls are 3 quart, not the 2.5 quart size listed on the description). LLBean should make the stand to fit a standard Durapet bowl and let customers use the bowls they have or buy them separately (Bean sells Durapet bowls).

Disappointed
This item arrived with crinkling all along both sides of the feeder. It is otherwise a perfect item. I am not sending it back because my dog loves it and the height is perfect for her.
