Perfect for me (my husband is happy too)
I purchased two standard medium pillows as I sleep on either my back or side (never my stomach). It is such a relief to have this pillow. I had been experiencing shoulder pain and finally decided that my old pillow was the culprit. Seems I was right. This pillow is super comfortable and my shoulder pain has disappeared.

I love this pillow
I love this pillow, which has very low fill. I find it compresses just right for me and apparently I smash it all up in the night as because in the morning it’s never rectangular. I sleep well with it.

Great Pillow
This is my second purchase of a set of 2.
First was for my guest room several years ago.
The pillows are like new after many guest nights.
Comfortable and lofty when fluffed.
Second is for my winter home in Florida.
Highly recommend this pillow.

Sleeping on a cloud
Bought a standard by mistake, thought it was a queen. Decided to buy a king thinking it would at least fit my pillow case - wrong. Finally realised I had never purchased a queen. So gave the king to my daughter and finally bought a queen. So very blissful, so a big thank you to my son who recommended this pillow

Disappointed
I’m a big fan of LLBean, but this pillow has been very disappointing, esp given the cost. Purchased in November. At first it seemed to have enough loft and support, but it has become flat and sort of lumpy . I have run it through the dryer with tennis balls but did not help, I have been having some neck pain too. I don’t think the pillow is the cause, but the pillow is not helping and seems to be making it worse, given pain in am. It is not supportive and is uncomfortable.
I just purchased a new pillow from different brand and very happy with it.

Disappointingly thin
This was a disappointment: although the pillow is well-made the filling is very sparse and the pillow is thin. I have a down pillow I bought from LL Bean in 1999, and it's much thicker and more comfortable than this new one. Sadly, this will be returned.

Less Support
I slept on a Soft Damask Down pillow dated 12/18 at a friend's house that was perfect for me. I went home and promptly ordered the same pillow. The 2022 pillow I received had much less support/less down? than the 12/18 pillow. The cost to mail the pillow back was too much so I am stuck with the pillow. Will not buy a pillow online again!

I LOVE THIS PILLOW
I was hesitant to buy a pillow online, esp. in light of comments about leaking feathers and strong smell. I got the standard size in firm. The VERY slight odor of a packaged item dissipated in a day or two and not one feather has come out in the month I've been using this pillow. It's firm but cushy down and offers great support. I'm a side sleeper and feel much less tension in my neck since I got it. I highly recommend it.

Had purchased two down firm pillows, many years ago. The quality today is not half of what it was then [although the price is three times higher]. Firm today = medium soft and they did not at all feel that they were "650" down fill. Needless to say I returned the pillows [with much difficulty in the "pick-up" by bean]. In general I am very disappointed with LLBeans quality today.

My Dog likes it for her head too.
Very comfortable. Just the right amount of pillow cushion. I have to push my dog away so I can use the pillow. It is now her favorite too.
