Superb but don't follow the washing instructions
Beautiful, rich color; thick plush towels, oversized (hand towels), but the instructions say machine wash warm. I never wash in warm water because of shrinkage. I washed them on their own before using and, sure enough, they shrunk. I called to exchange but have to send these back first, which I will do. I plan to get the full set because they're absolutely gorgeous. Wash in cold water, though! Ignore the tag. (I bought the slate blue.)

I Will Never Have Another LL Bean From CitiBank
The towels are fine but LL Bean’s credit card issued by Citibank and the way it’s administered is truly AWFUL. If you really care about what I think and the rotten experience we’ve recently had with your cards you will contact me before I tell a lot of people how inept and unaccommodating you can be.

Seam unraveling
Finally replacing bath sheets purchased from LL Bean several years ago. Those held up extremely well but don't appear to be available anymore.
These seem different - slightly larger in width; heavier; the color options are different. One of the two I received is coming apart at the side seam after the second washing. I'm going to exchange for the same and give it another shot.

Sheet towel
While on vacation our hotel had much larger bath towels than I had at home and I really liked it. So I went on LLBean and bought 2 sheet towels. The fabric was soft and the blue color was really nice, but the towel was actually too heavy! My husband agreed. We will use these by our pool in the summer which will work out perfectly.

Terribly Disappointed
I have been using LL BEAN towels for decades, which are finally wearing out. However, the replacement set I bought just not have 5he same wonderful absorbant as my original ones. They are also unweidly due to the non existent fabric loops.
