Love it but it’s defective
A received it yesterday and I was super excited….better than I expected. That is until I went to grab it from the little handle and realize it’s all twisted. Checked the pictures online and it’s not meant to be. Disappointing considering the cost. I expect more from LL Bean.

Cute Little Bag
I was looking for a small, every day bag which would only be used for essentials when I went to the market or out locally. It does fit the bill, but the fact that there is no place for keys is a drawback. Only option is to toss them to the bottom of one of the two zipper compartments or in the unsecured compartment on the back of the bag.

High hopes dashed
Within a few weeks of using this the outer pocket zipper came almost completely detached, making the bag useless. Really shocked at the poor quality.

Amazing Storage Capacity
This cute little bag never ceases to amaze me about how much I can put inside. I love the two cavernous, zippered compartments. The hardware has a beautiful antique look. Everything feels safe inside. It looks great. I have the olive, which has a classic outdoorsy look. It can be used for anything from everyday casual use or special outings like hiking or bird watching at the nature center, walking around a flea market, etc. You won't regret it.

True Manly Bag
At last, I convinced my 78 year old husband to carry this very manly bag instead of either fumbling with his phone, two eye glass cases, his kindle, and his wallet, or ask me to stow all these things in my bag when we go anywhere away from the house. Perfect size & shape
I anticipated liking this bag, but I actually love it. The double zippers w/ leather tabs on the main compartment, the round-the-corner zipper on the front compartment, an adjustable shoulder strap plus small top handle and an open pouch on the back for my phone all add up to an ideal small bag for travel or errands. The vertical shape makes it compact and comfortable to wear, w/ super easy access to everything from the top openings. I purchased the beige/tan color, which will look great spring through fall and coordinate w/ most anything. This one’s a definite winner. Good job, LL Bean!

Perfect for travel
I travel often with a large dog, so needed a bag for my essentials and his. This is perfect - daily it holds cards and cash, keys, phone, lip balm, inhaler, first aid kit, poop bags, treats, hand sanitizer, small alarm, and citronella spray; and there’s plenty of room for more items as needed. Nice size and holds lots of stuff-actually to the point it’s almost too heavy! I have a full size wallet, pocket planner, small notebook, Kindle, phone, pouch with misc items, couple pens, keys and there’s still room for more! I have the green color and love it!

Great and very chick crossbody bag. I am in North Carolina and use my bags to go to the dance, go to karaoke, go to the jam in Concord and Locust. I bring a bottle of water, my glasses case, my make up, my keys, and my cell phone. I would recommend this to anyone who values a well-made bag. A Bit Too Small
I really liked the idea of having another canvas bag (ordered this one in black). Even though I checked the size before purchasing it, I didn’t realize how small this bag is. Also, not much in the way of pockets/pouches. If you’re looking at a small bag to hold your phone, tissue pack, keys, hand sanitizer, etc, this bag would be fine. However, if you’re interested in a touring bag, it may be too small.

Perfect size-great style

Love this bag! Has 2 separate zippered sections, a short handle on the top as well as the adjustable strap. My concern is the stitching on the corner of the side sipper. It has to make a sharp curve, and that’s a real area of stress.

Truly essential to own this crossbody bag!
Purchased this bag for a future plane trip as it is roomy enough for my real regular wallet, my cell phone, car keys and a few other items. Love the pocket and the side zip. The strap is adjustable so you can make it a crossover on your side or wear it close to your chest. Well made and it’s a durable fabric. So pleased with this purchase I am already using it for day trips!
