Too short
Five stars for quality and great plaid, one star for fit bc the length is too short to tuck in. Others said this before I ordered but it was so hard to believe Bean wouldn’t mention this I went ahead with the selection. Yep - it’s one of those no-tuck deals. Going back.

Great looking classic shirt.
This is a great looking classic shirt, but don't understand why you skimped on the shirttail - too short - looks like maybe designed to wear untucked, but the description didn't indicate that unless I missed it - was expecting a classic shirt to include normal length shirttail. Otherwise, great quality shirt - great fabric, pattern, pocket etc. - just disappointed on length.

This will be a favorite for a long time.
This is such a well made shirt. The colors are so nice, and it is very comfortable. I am 77 years old and do not always have much of a fashion sense but my granddaughter who is our resident fashion expert told me ,Opa you really look nice in that shirt, and it fits in perfectly with the Christmas season.

Nice shirt, but....
This is truly a beautifully made shirt, but we are returning it because the description did not include that it is actually an "untucked" style - the tails are too short to tuck in - a style that my husband doesn't like. It is also slim-fitting, which wasn't readily apparent without expanding details. Too bad. I wish it was offered in a regular, traditional fit!!!

Good looking shirt. Definitely NOT “Wrinkle Free”
This is a nice shirt. It fits well and looks good. I have to echo the comment from another buyer. THIS SHIRT IS NOT “NO IRON”. That’s not a deal breaker for me. I iron pretty well but, I didn’t expect it. If that’s a problem for you, I wouldn’t recommend this one for you. I have several other LLBean shirts that come out beautifully. This one didn’t.

Untucked Fit Defeats Tall Size
I bought the tall size in this shirt and found out due to the “untucked” trim it slides out of my butt crack whenever I tie my shoes or pick something up. The whole point of tall sizes is to avoid such things fit those of us who are tall! Also the fabric felt a bit rough/cheap. The color was nice.
