Comfy and like walking on pillows. Bought these for my husband and he likes the feel. The color is a little more two toned and goldenish than the picture shows. Good grip.

Can’t believe how comfortable these are!
I returned a pair of the waterproof Trail Hikers that hurt my feet after one use and was needing a pair of waterproof shoes for an upcoming cruise to Alaska next summer. I couldn't believe the comfort level these shoes are! When I took them off the shelf they felt bulky but as soon as I put them on I was amazed how light they felt with plenty of support without the super stiffness of a
traditional hiking shoe. These will be great wear for quick trips around town when I don’t feel like putting on my Bean Boots.

So comfortable but …
First off, I love the fit of these shoes. They are so comfortable. My problem is that the red dye used in the insides of the shoe is staining all of my socks! This is a pain as the red does not washout and eventually I will need to purchase all new socks. Hard to recommend because of this issue. I would be interested in hearing from the company if this is common.
