Nice, but too small
This isn't very big. I have insulated lunch bags that are bigger than this. You could put a six-pack of soda in it, but there wouldn't be enough room for a small freezer block. The big advantage is the shoulder strap.

Too small to function
Very small capacity and opening, but bulky from the outside. We can fit 4 4oz baby bottles and that is all. Way too small capacity for a lunch, but too bulky to use as a snack carrier.

Love the quality! But the opening is too small.
I just love the quality of this tote. Nicest insulated bag I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, like other reviewers have said, the opening is so small that you can’t get most dishes inside. I really think it should be slightly wider at the top, and the opening longer. I’m tempted to get the next size up even though it might be humongous for one person. I wish there was a size in between the small and the medium. The long strap is great to throw over the shoulder, and the smaller handles to carry are very well constructed. I really really like this tote! But it does need some tweaking to be able to get more things in the bag.

So cute but impractical
I read the reviews about the inside being small, but somehow talked myself into purchasing. It’s a really cute bag, nice insulation, sturdy strap, but you can’t put anything inside it! Opening is tiny, bottom is tiny. I finagled a Tupperware container in but sideways. If it has any kind of liquid, it won’t work. So disappointing!! Other thing is that it’s pretty heavy for being so small. I would suggest ordering at least one size up

Smaller Than It Looks
Kind of like Goldilocks here trying to find the perfect size. I have the medium sized one which I like but found is a little too big for day to day stuff so I bought this hoping it would be big enough to carry lunch and a few cans or bottles too. WELL... it's really only big enough to carry maybe 3 cans at most. This is like a woman's small purse and not the decent sized bag most carry.

Too small
I bought this to use as a lunchbag. My lunches aren't huge but no Tupperware fits in the small opening! Huge disappointment. I had it monogrammed so returning it is not an option. Except that I can't use as intended, cute tote.
