Disappointed
Very disappointed with this fleece which I returned promptly. The fleece material itself was stiff and did not move easily. I couldn’t imagine wearing it for any athletic activity due to its stiffness and lack of a softer feel.

My favorite forever fleece!
Except for sleeping, I have not taken this fleece off since it arrived! I live in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and it's getting colder now. This top keeps me warm and comfortable for trips to the mailbox, the store, classes, and guitar class.

Best fleece
This is the best fleece I have ever had. It is lightweight with a fashionable color. I don't like a thick one, this is warm enought for me in winter, I can wear an oversized jacket outside. I would like to buy more for my family.

Comfy Classic
This is a soft, comfortable fleece that I’ll be wearing for years to come. Great for crisp, fall days but you can wear thicker layers underneath for even cooler days. I ordered a women’s medium/men’s small and felt that it was true to size. I’m typically a women’s medium in my tops from L.L. Bean, as well as other brands.

Great classic polar fleece
For folks who are surprised this is 100% polyester, perhaps they're unfamiliar with polar fleece as a fabric. By nature, it is not and never has been made from natural fibers.
If you are seeking wool or cotton, I would suggest exploring sweaters and other products. If you are seeking classic polar fleece like we grew up with in the 90s, then this will tick all your boxes beautifully.

I’m 5 foot 1, 90 pounds for reference. I was surprised that the women’s XXS fit as well as it does. Usually non-petite sizes are very big on me. I do wish the arms were a little shorter, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Took off a star as I didn’t realize the material was straight polyester (as another review mentioned) and am trying to be more conscious of clothing sources and sustainability. Please use other fabrics.

Cozy classic perfection
I wanted something easy & warm to throw on when we go fishing on cool mornings in the mountains. My dad always wore these when I was growing up, and I'm so happy to see the styling hasn't changed a bit! I sized up for extra coziness, usually wear a women's small but got a women's large. Comfortable and stylish
I enjoy the softness of this fleece over more expensive outdoor brand fleeces that I own. The banding and loose fit is perfect and timeless. The texture and appearance of the fleece has not changed after several washes, which is hard for me to find (despite always following care instructions). I like this fleece enough to purchase a second in another color, but it was back ordered unfortunately

Always a classic. Has to be the same one I had 35 years ago. Comfortable, not form fitting, roomy. I’m 5’11/183 and a medium fits perfectly in the sleeve and length to waist. Hope this helps.

Love but it sheds
I love the fit and the size I got. Super cozy and comfortable. The only downside is that it sheds. My seat belt in my car is covered in fuzzies from it rubbing. My leggings get the same way. I feel like now since I’ve washed it a few times the shedding has gotten less. Overall I really love it and I bought it in another color.

Seam pulled after 2 months
I bought this fleece and loved it at first. After just 2 months of wearing it, the seam started pulling around the bottom and completely unravelled! Very annoying. I'm disappointed in the quality, I usually feel like I can count on all bean for high quality long lasting products.

Normally that would be perfect but this is gigantic- I could get two of me in this!
The chest measures 52" - way bigger than the size chart says. Length of the sleeve is 30" - I need a size L next time.
