Maine Memories
This is bright and cheery rug for our kitchen door. Being a navy background you do need to give it a quick vacuum from time to time which you would need to do with any dark mat. It is very well made and I would definitely recommend it to others. It brings memories of Five Islands, a Maine favorite for us in Georgia.

Horrible quality for a rug.
Horrible quality. I bought two of these but after seeing the package insert that notes not to run a vacuum over this I left one in the package. It doesn’t hold up - immediately got pulls. Very disappointed even vacuuming with a hand vacuum. Ridiculous to have a rug that pets can’t lie on or be able to vacuum. It’s a mess of pulls and has only been down for two weeks.

Beautiful, but pulls.
I love this rug, I have it front of my kitchen sink, if you even step on it it pulls. The first day I put it down, it pulled, I am so disappointed, because it is really pretty. The quality is not good.

Beautiful but shows dirt
Purchased the small doormat for a mat in a powderroom and the runner for near our kitchen sink. The rugs are absolutely beautiful and we loved the look, colors, and buoy design. The problem is that the navy blue shows every piece of dirt that gets on it. We had the rugs out for just a few hours and we already noticed them needing to be vacuumed, just from walking on them even without shoes. These definitely would not look nice for long if used as a doormat where they would be exposed to dirty shoes. Beautiful rugs, but impractical for daily living because the navy shows everything. Maybe a tan background would show less dirt/lint etc...
