Is great for camping or just a cold night on the couch watching tv. My dog loves to snuggle up with me when I use it on the couch. Would highly recommend this blanket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from L.L.Bean Puffer Blanket Smooth. Cool to the touch. Has loops on corners to hold in place (otherwise, slippery). No strings. no fuzz. I lie on top of it and it is like sleeping on silk. Outstanding quality. I'll add that I wash everything in cold water on the "handwash" setting with no bleach. Everything. I sometimes wonder what other people are doing when I read reviews about damaged haberdasheries and linens, etc.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice blanket but….. The blanket is warm and just the right size for one person to wrap up in. Two things I wish I’d known before I bought it: it says not to store it in the bag or it could lose its puffiness, so you have to either leave it out (like on your bed) or fold it loosely and have a place to leave it lay. And it’s not supposed to be washed in a top loading washing machine, only a front loading one. Since I have a top loading one, I am forced to go to a laundromat each time I want to wash it. I honestly wouldn’t have bought it had I known these two things.

I liked the print on this blanket. Material makes it slide. the blanket is large, which makes is nice, has loops for hanging and a snap to hold around your shoulders.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from it is thin I had previously bought the Mountain Classic Camp Blanket and loved it and wanted a 2nd one. Unfortunately that product is no longer available so I bought the Puffer Blanket in the Brilliant Blue Sunset pattern. I do really like the puffer blanket but it has about half of the loft/stuffing as the Mountain Classic Camp Blanket so it was not a good replacement. I paid the same price for both blankets so I was surprised that the stuffing is much thinner in the Puffer Blanket. I will still keep it but it probably will not be as warm

Rated 4 out of 5 by from possible longevity being affected I really love the size, weight, and print of this puffer blanket. Unfortunately the care tag on it says to only wash in a front loading machine!! Our house is a 'House of Dogs' and it will be needing fairly regular washings. We own a top loading Maytag washing machine. Of course I am going to have to use my top loader and of course I will use the 'Gentle' cycle. The blankets tag alerts you to this due to the possibility of damage that may be caused by top loaders. If all goes well, my rating would probably go up to a 5. Crossing my fingers.
