Bought Again!
We went to try this on in a store not too far from us. Amazingly helpful clerk and when they didn't have the color we wanted in stick, she ordered it for us. Bring back Asphalt!
These are nice cords, but I really wish you'd bring back the Asphalt color, which pairs really well with a navy or burgundy t-shirt or sweater. When I wear navy or burgundy with the new color, Iron, the look is too dark.

Bean flex cords.
I have been buying Bean-flex jeans for many years. These cords should NOT be marketed as bean-flex. They do no have the great flex that the jeans have. While I will keep and wear them , I will not buy them again. Not the overall quality of the jeans.

Beautiful cords, prefect fit
We are quite happy with these cords (purchased for my husband, who is tall and lean). Color is rich, fabric is a nice weight and they are up to LL Bean's standard quality. Just ordered another pair for him in mahogany with likely another pair (the dark grey) waiting in the wings.

Pants fit perfect
This is my second pair of corduroy pants from bean. Ordered my first pair a year back and the second pair recently. These are well made and fit well. I usually am hesitant to buy pants on the internet, but have come to trust that pants I buy here will fit.

Stretchy waste, useless.
These pants now have an elastic waste. Without a belt, they slide down your hips.
this type design doesn't work for adult males who prefer pants that stay at the waste.

Pockets too short!
I like the material and the fit in the legs but it's a bit short-waisted in front and the pockets are too small! Can't fit a standard modern full-size mobile phone and still be able to sit down. If my phone had anything other than a minimal case (2mm thick) it would be even worse.

Great fabric, too tight in the thighs
I want to like these, but they are cut too slender through the thighs. If I went to a larger waist size, then the thighs might fit but they'd be baggy at the waist.

Poor Quality
These pants fit great. Love how they offer short length and waist size 37. However, quality control is suspect as one on the belt loops came unsewn after wearing the pants once.
