Like the old Bean
Wanted a little heavier fleece for the fall. This is perfect. The old LL Bean sizing, good materials and warm. Bring back more of the traditional stuff like this! This is why I have been a Bean shopper for 45 years!

Would be 5 stars with a way to cinch waist
Bought this she'll and took for a test stroll this morning. The loose bottom let cold air flow straight up my chest. Major design flaw, should be tight at the waist or have a cinch cord. I'll be returning mine.

As warm as a medium weight jacket
More than a sweatshirt, less than a heavy jacket, as the term "hybrid" implies. This is a good-looking garment, warm and cozy, but not quite what I needed. I actually needed something a little lighter as this simply adds another alternative to my medium-weight jackets. I don't blame the manufacturer or the seller for my own poor choices, I'm just saying this piece was not exactly what I expected. There were only two features that I really disliked: (1) the coarse texture of the garment made it difficult to don and doff. Shirtsleeves did not slide easily through this garment. (2) The hood is way too big. You could wear a football helment and still have room left over.
