So comfy!
My feet complain a lot. I usually wear Hokas for comfort and needed a new winter boot. These boots have enough cushion to make walking comfortable. I replaced the too-long laces with Caterpy Run no tie laces which are elastic and can now use the zipper for easy on and off with a snug fit. Perfect level of warmth, cushion and toebox size for me. True to size.

Like slippers
Like wearing a pair of slippers. Very comfortable and for those like me with a high instep, you can take advantage of the side zipper to help get your foot in. Very happy with the boots.

I just can’t call them anything else but footwear!
Very possibly the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned! I’m calling them “footwear” because I’m not sure if I would call them boots, sneakers or shoes? I’ve actually been purposely wearing clothes that allow them to be worn! The soles are just thick and cushioned enough to offer a nice feel as well as the bottom tread which is just deep enough to afford a steady grip! Another benefit is that they can be worn all year round! I would recommend getting a pair if you’re in the market for LL Beans best boot/sneaker/shoe offering this year!

Pretty good boot
Pretty comfortable right out of the box.
Better after putting in a quality insole.
Had to pound down a seam on the tongue that was rubbing on my ankle.
Generally though I’m satisfied with the boots.

Nearly an Ideal Boot
In box I really liked these boots. Once on my feet, my opinion changed. The boots run true to size and the color is perfect for casual wear. My wife even commented how nice they looked. Unfortunately, the boots are not comfortable. The zipper on both boots caused sore spots on both ankles. I though the boots may just need broken in so I wore them around the house for a weekend. The zippers did not break in and the soreness on my ankle got worse. These boots would be perfect without the zipper. In the end I returned these boots.

Expensive but nice boots
So far I love these boots. Very comfortable. Warm and soft, but not too warm that your feet sweat. I love the zipper on the side for easy on and off. Also, love the mushroom green color that stands out among other boots.
