Too tall for my liking
I bought both this and the 7" lounge boot. I returned this pair. I like the shorter shaft length of the lounge boot, plus the engineer boots I bought were tighter on the right leg. They are both buckle pull on style; I don't need two pairs, so I returned the engineer boot. But the dark brown leather is handsome, though!

Well constructed, needs to be made more usable
The construction is fabulous. BUT THE SHAFT IS TOO SHORT, the sizing is odd :((. For such an expensive boot, I would like a longer shaft and proper sizing .
