I bought these, hiking boots, and hiking poles for my first trip up Monadnock in 20 years. I used to go to smart wool. These are light years better. These aren’t so thick that it changes how your shoe fits. They are a perfect balance between warmth and fit. No sweat or anything. And I wore them with brand new boots.

Nice socks, one color shrinks when washed
I bought these socks in two colors: Mallard Blue/Shore and Deep Green/Cedar, both in the same size. Both pairs fit well and felt good when bought; after washing, however, the blue shrunk badly - can't even get them on now. The green did not. Note I am saying "true to fit" but that applies only to the green...

Good socks!
These are a good light/mid-weight hiking sock. I've been wearing them this winter in my light weight winter "snow" sneakers and they fit well inside these sneakers and keep my feet nice and warm.

Perfect Hiking sock
Socks fit true to size (M for me with size 9.5 shoe). Socks don’t ride down Achilles, and that’s to the support didn’t have blisters after 10 miles. Great quality, wish there were more fun designs on socks.
