So helpful to have on vacation
I bought these to take on vacation, thinking I would only use them once - for a challenging uphill climb. On the first day, I pulled a muscle in my leg, and ended up using them every day so I could still enjoy my vacation without straining my leg. Several people have complained that the fastenings are loose and the poles collapse. I experienced that too when I first pulled them out of the package. It's very easy to tighten them by twisting the knob connecting the fastener to the stick. I checked the tightness before we started walking each day, but only had to retighten them once.

Okay but not great
I already own a Bean Rambler pole made by Komperdell and a pair of Leki hiking poles. I use the Rambler for my daily hikes here in rural NM where the roads are dirt, gravel, and hilly. Bought these poles because my others would not fit in a suitcase I'm using for a trip. These poles are made in China and are not as sturdy as the Komperdell or Leki brand, and the rubber handles make your hands sweat. They are okay for occasional use, but they are certainly not heavy-duty.

Safety first
These poles made our hikes in Utah more enjoyable and safer. We had to readjust them a few times and make sure the telescoping feature was tight but these were a great purchase.

Reasonable investment for the price
I like these poles, they give added stability when I'm walking on uneven and rough terrain. It's very easy to adjust the height of the poles but therin lies the only problem I've found with them. One of the height adjustment clamps doesn't hold tight and, with just minimum weight on the pole, I suddenly find myself with one pole almost a foot shorter than the other one. I do like the color and the graphics on the poles. I taped the offending clamp with black electrical tape and it worked. For the cost, they're not a bad investment.

Access Trekking Poles / Rubber Tips
I got the access trekking poles with separate rubber tips to help me walk indoors and outdoors after hip surgery; my physical therapist agreed that they are better for my recovery than a walker or canes.

Poles must be made for short people or children, as I am 5’3” and had them fully extended and need3d to be longer. Also, could use a Velcro band to tie together when carrying or transporting..

Get cork handles in warm weather
My trekking poles were a great help during my hikes! The only thing that I wish that that I knew about was that cork handles are best for warm weather hiking. The ones I purchased are plastic and in the hot weather my hands perspired.

These Trekking Poles are excellent!
I purchased these All Access Trekking Poles in order to walk on sidewalks and paths and trails. I have diabetes and I often feel unsteady on my feet. These poles with rubber tips help to stabilize me as I walk. Also it gives my underarms a good workout. They are adjustable and are a good product. The price is also quite reasonable.
