Better than expected.
Bought these boots on sale and glad I did. They fit true to size and a very comfortable. Nice and warm for the cold season. Excellent build quality. Use these as slippers and going outside once in a while.

Quality LL Bean Shearling
I have been buying from LL Bean since I was at University (decades ago). I have never been disappointed with one of their Shearling products. When these were the Two-A-Day Deal, back at the end of March, I bought an 11. I am a 10 1/2 E, and these do not come in 1/2 sizes, I did as recommended, and as I typically do when they do not have my exact size, I bought the the size larger. The inside fit fine, with its fluffy Shearling, but the sole was larger than a traditional 11. Both Wider (making them kind of look like Clown Shoes) and Longer (which made me trip while going up stairs). Took a few days to get use to, but loved the warmth. When they dropped in price, at the end of October, I bought another 11 and a 10. The 10 fits great with no socks (like a Slipper) and I do not trip in them. When the Sale Price dropped even Lower, in December, I bought another 11 and 10. In the old days, LL Bean would have Price Matched (I miss those days). BTW ... the Shoe Laces and Eyelets are on par with the best shoes made (see pic)

These boots are ludicrous
They had a crazy sale on these, and they had every size available when I first saw it, but I couldn't decide whether to get size 10 or size 11 because it said "half sizes order up", and depending on the brand, I can be size 10 or size 11. I also know from experience that shearling tends to loosen up over time. Well, I'm pretty sure I only waited from the morning to the night of that day, and when I went back, there were only like 2 or 3 sizes left and one of them was size 10, so I just bought them immediately. I don't know why they were advising people to "order up" because these fit like a glove right out of the box. They look amazing and they're unbelievably cozy. This was an absolute steal.

Soles Delaminating
Soles already started to delaminate after only a couple weeks used. Almost exclusively inside with a few trips to the mail box, trash, etc. Not very pleased with the quality.
