Soft and High Quality
I bought the Feldspar hand towels. They were a lighter color than I expected, I thought they would be darker. I wanted them a darker, warmer tone. But they are very soft and high quality so I will be keeping them, maybe I can dye them myself.

Excellent Bath Towel
I heard that Consumer Reports chose LL Bean's cotton towels as the best in their category. They were right. I tried just the bath towel and it is excellent: comfortable, quickly absorbent and a pleasure waiting for you to step out of the shower. I will be buying more of them.

Great texture. I didn't think to wash the items before using. As I ran water on the washcloths, the blue dye filled the sink. I will wash them separately until I am sure the color quits running.

Pure Luxury - thick and soft

Washcloths, especially disappoint
I am disappointed. The washcloths have developed holes at the seam. The towels and washcloths are discolored from the bar soap and body wash we use and it does not come out when we wash them. I admit, we wash and reuse every week, but had hoped for a longer lasting towel and washcloth. To keep the washcloths available, I had to order two more....at over $23.00.

Look good but...
While these towels are certainly good quality they seem much less absorbent than I had imagined, the end result is that it seems to take longer to dry off after a shower than with other towels I own. Maybe this is why they're priced much lower than Bean's other offerings?

Absorbency faded with use
I bought these towels in August 2023. In less than a year they have lost all absorbency. They were good at first, but gradually noticed loss of absorbency. I had to put them in the dryer after each use. I finally replaced them with bamboo. I will be returning these to ::Bean.

Dissappointed.
Not the quality I'm used to from LLBean...very thin towel. Made in Turkey. Fairly absorbent. Nice color which seems true to the website. I don't think it'll last more than a few years. (My last LLBean towel, which was about twice as thick, lasted over 10 years...) Sadly, after multiple washes there is still so much lint on this towel that I cannot even use it. It's going in the trash.

I got the light blue color and it’s as pictured. The towels are nice and soft and absorbent. I find it so difficult to find absorbent towels but these do the trick. I only got the hand towels for now and I’m happy to say I will be ordering more. They are a medium thickness which is what I prefer. The pile (or loops of fabric) are a little loose so they will snag if you catch something on them. But I’m willing to deal with that to have a towel that actually dries you.

I love these new towels! They are soft and fluffy, and they wash and dry well. They are a bit shorter than the ones I was using, but I like this size much better. Also, I was able to finally get a color I like that looks great in my bathroom. The matching bath rug is really nice, too.

Towels
These seemed to be perfect. Definitely a five star. As directed, I washed them first. The amount of lint that came off in the dryer was shocking. As noted on the label, I didn't use the highest heat. I removed large handfuls, five times, from the lint trap before they were dry as I was concerned about the possibility of a "dryer fire". I have washed them three more times and each time, get large amounts of lint. They still feel and dry well however my concern is how long will they last over time.
