Great sweaters
My sons loved getting these as gifts ... they usually just wear sweatshirts everyday, but they were each eager to put this on. They wear them with sweatpants and with dress pants - win! They are 17 and 19, athletic/slim builds. Often wear large in tee shirts and sweatshirts, but I got them both mediums and they are roomy but not sloppy.

Very comfortable casual sweater
This sweater is very comfortable and soft, and a great fit. It’s perfect for wearing over a dress shirt in the office, or wearing over a t shirt at home. The material is very high quality. Keeps me very warm, love the mid gray color.

Just a Cotton Sweater
This is basically a cotton sweater. I suppose that is on me as I didn't notice that it is only 5% cashmere, but I can't tell an appreciable difference between it and any other cotton sweater in my closet. Pros: Green was a great color and I liked the knitting detail around the collar. Cons: Too heavy, not soft like most cashmere blend sweaters, neck too large, sleeves too long, too pricey for a run of the mill cotton sweater.
Love LL Bean and your products, but this was a bit of a disappointment. Returning.

Nice sweater but arrived Stained
The color and fit were great but on close inspection there are a couplle of faint stains on the front. Not sure what caused these but my husband noticed these right away when he unwrapped his present, so we we will be retuning it,

Disappointed in the weight and texture.
While this sweater is durable and fits my husband well, it’s not soft or lightweight! Disappointing, as I had previously bought two women’s cotton cashmere sweaters that were very soft and perfect for my needs. The fiber content on both the men’s and women’s sweaters is listed as 95% cotton, 5% cashmere…..but the weight and feel of the fabric on the sweaters is not the same! When examined closely, it’s obvious that the weaves of the men’s and women’s sweater fabrics are different, as is the weight. Disappointing, since the lighter weight is preferable for travel (packing and wear), as well as wearing in our winters in a warmer climate. How can this difference be explained?

False advertising
Nearly $70 for this???? There is like 5% cashmere that is zip noticeable. You advertise it like is has at least 50%, that is a shame. Yes, it is decent sweater quality of which pretty much the same you can get from any grocery store clothes department for much less price. If you look for a SOFT and COZY sweater, it is far from that.

Poor Quality
Shades lint real bad, wore a Navy Blue sweater with a pair of Khaki pants, there was so much lint on the pants it was embarrassing. Have not worn the Gray one yet, hate see what it would do to a pair of Navy pants. Really a poor quality sweater coming from L L Bean, could have done best at Wal Mart.
