Not a durable product
I owned these wellies for about 9 months. I wore them maybe 7 times. The rubber of the instep on both shoes has already cracked. I have not used them roughly or really gotten then very wet, so it is surprising that they are already falling apart. I was excited about the unique look of these, but disappointed in substandard durability.

Initially Loved but Cracked
I bought these for my husband and they are great looking. He got compliments on them all of the time. He said they are extremely comfortable. But soon after buying them, they developed cracks in them. Customer Service was great as usual and sent us new ones and we returned the others. Less than a month later, the shoes are full of cracks. It's too bad because they are really cool shoes. LLBean really needs to figure this out. I've now seen other reviews mentioning this but it's time for new shoes!

Great shoe, 80% sure I will buy again
The fit is good. Quality seems good. Comfortable even for 8 hour shifts of walking & standing. Can't give a fifth star because I am having one bizarre issue that I haven't figured out yet. My feet are getting wet... even when it's not raining! Specifically it's chilly outside, and the tops of my toes get wet. (Not the "feels damp but is actually just cold" feeling... my socks are actually factually wet when I take them off.) But mostly it's the *tops* of my feet, not the bottoms. So weird.

Sizing is not right
The sizing on these is way off! I purchased my usual size 8 and my feet were swimming in them, even with thicker socks. They kind of remind me of clown shoes.

*Not true to size*
At first, I ordered a 10.5 because that's my shoe size and these shoes are listed as "True to size". The 10.5s were too big, so I exchanged them for a size 10 which were also too big. I just ordered a size 9.5 because I love the style/look of these shoes. These shoes look like they'll be great for keeping my feet dry and easy to slip on when I walk my dog. Hoping that a full size down will work for me, 3rd times the charm!

Comfortable, non-slip, but cracked quickly
Was really happy with the shoes out the gate. Very comfortable, look great, very grippy soles, waterproof. But within a month of wearing, they began to show signs of cracking, and shortly after, large cracks formed in the rubber that compromised their water resistance. Unfortunately I need them for their waterproofing so they’re not functional for me anymore. It’s a shame, I loved the look and feel.

Stylish practical comfortable
I bought these for my husband and he hasn’t stopped wearing them. They are basic enough for coffee shop runs but also a little nice enough to put on with jeans and go out to dinner. I really wish they made these for women. I constantly find myself slipping his pair on to do small housework outside and they are so comfortable!

Cracked Rubber
The rubber cracked within 10 days; now, the shoes fill with water. This is just from simply walking around a park. Nothing too aggressive. Unsatisfied with purchase. Do not recommend.

perfect solution for wet feet!
They are just a tad narrow for my admittedly wide feet, but they are generally comfortable and absolutely perfect for sliding on before taking the dog out into the yard in the morning dew (or rain).

Loved them, but they cracked
I really like these shoes. They do fit a bit large, but I bought a size down as suggested and they were fine (I wear a 12 and bought the 11). I wore them most days when working around my garden. They are comfortable, waterproof and generally, great to wear. However, after only 3 months of use, the exterior of both shoes has cracked.

Well worth the cost. Buy them!
So far, these shoes have been grand. Easy on and off, and lightweight. I have had trouble with shoes for yard and garden work, and these have been the answer. I highly recommend them.

Love These BUT Poor Material
I absolutely love these shoes: so sharp looking and super comfortable, but there seems to be a problem with the material. I purchased a pair and two weeks later noticed that both shoes developed cracks in the top surface. I called customer service (and they were wonderful. A+ customer service!) and they sent me a new pair which arrived in three days, with a postage paid envelope and instructions to exchange them. I did so promptly. I've worn my new pair for two weeks, and both shoes have developed cracks in the material. I'm really disappointed because they are great looking kicks and comfortable right out of the shoebox: just not durable whatsoever.

Fits like a glove - Keep making them!
Fit/Sizing: Great fit after sizing down. Ordered 9 1/2 and returned for 9. Normally I wear 9E dress shoe (thin socks) or 9.5 wide running shoe (athletic socks). These could fit well with mid weight smart wool socks - plenty of room in toe box. Use Case: Needed something for the garden that was waterproof and could replace my Crocs. These keep my socks dry from morning dew. Love the black color option - take kids to school and look good or hide dirt from backyard (green or any other color would stand out too much). Regular Wellington boots would have been overkill for what I need these for - I don't shovel horse manure daily or trudge through sunken puddles. Overall Satisfaction: Happy with fit - just order 1/2 size down - 9.5 would have fit but they looked long and my heel slipped out. With the 9s - my right heel (more narrow than my left) slips slightly less when I wear socks than when I don't - mainly due to the low profile of the heel cup. Going Forward: I'll probably buy these again once they wear out - assuming they're still around in 10-15 years (hope LL Bean continues to make these!) Really comfortable and stylish for what I need them for - thanks!

Excellent spring gardening shoes and more
Have worn my first pair about one month, and I'm back to buy a second pair.
I bought these as gardening shoes, waterproof slip-ons that don't track my soggy Seattle soil into the house (low profile grippy soles!). They're perfect for that. They are also so comfortable and easy care that I find myself wearing them shopping, driving, and just kicking around. Now I'm hoping that they are as reliable as they are useful. For now, far better than I expected.

Great shoe. Perfect for dewy morning walks with the dog or rainy summer days. Heal sits really low though, not very supportive. But a heal insert fixed that.

I'm an operating room nurse that was looking for a good waterproof shoe that was also comfortable. A bit over two weeks in and these shoes have held up. Easy to wipe down and clean. Comfort has lasted during a long shift. May have to order a back up pair.
