Lovely, but short
Shorter than what I normally wear, but this jacket is thick and warm and the green color is stunning. I grab it and a similar LLBEAN fleece instead of a coat when running errands in the winter. Just keep in mind it doesn't cover your backside which many ladies prefer.

This jacket's fit was perfect for my 5'3" 125lb wife. Loved the color!!! Material was top of the line and the way it was stitched was expertly done. Debating to see if we should get it in all the colors offered. Cannot think of a better gift for anyone. LLBean has outdone itself AGAIN. Keep coming up with these great products.

Good but not as expected
The description of this item states “ With warm, plush sherpa fleece and soft taffeta-lined sleeves, this fleece jacket offers casual coziness at home, in town or on the go.”. It is NOT plush so if you are looking for soft this is not the one. The item is well made and warm. Guess I’ll keep it but disappointed. Wish advertising was honest

Made from recycled plastic bottles
I was very disappointed to read the label inside the jacket that it is made with recycled plastic bottles and made with many chemicals. This is toxic to humans so the jacket will be going back.

Unflattering, boxy
It is way too boxy and not flattering at all. It's too short. I got the soapstone and I look like a sheep. It's also not at all soft.

Lining in sleeves!!
I really like this fleece except for the lining in the sleeves. It constantly slides down and hangs out the cuffs. I pull it up from inside the shoulders and ten minutes later it’s hanging out again. Come on LLBean, you can do better.

Perfect Shoulder Season coat!
I bought this in the summer and couldn’t wait to wear it. It’s been great for fall and mild winter days (0C). I live the smooth lining in the sleeves so that my shirt sleeves don’t bunch up. It fits very well in shoulders and waist length. I bought a large and I’m about 5’9”. I get so many compliments on the colour (I bought the green and I’m a Bright Winter).

I just received this jacket which I ordered for my mom for Christmas. The color is sort of a dingy beige and the trim is gray. The color in the online picture looks ivory with light blue trim. I will probably be sending it back.

Favorite jacket
I looked at this for years and then finally bought it last year when my favorite color was being discontinued. I love-love-love it. It's my favorite jacket I've ever had. So soft, and warmer than you'd think. It might not be what you'd reach for in the very coldest weather, but for anything from a slight chill to fairly cold it's my go-to. Cozy and makes you very huggable.

Warmer than I thought it would be
I wanted to replace my old fleece jacket with something a bit ‘dressier’ for outings. Picked the Sherpa jacket. Love the lining that makes it easier to get on and off without sleeve drag. Getting used to the snaps instead of a zipper. Very happy with my new jacket. Wore it on a rather cold and windy day and was surprised that it kept me warmer than I thought it might.
