Latest Batch is SHORT
I've been buying these for years. I love them. I have 4. I buy them oversized for lounging around the house. I bought a fifth in the gingerbread color and it's a completely different top. It's 2 inches shorter and the material is thicker. I feel tricked. And disappointed.

First time purchase of this item and I love it. Wasn't sure about Dolman cut. This item is voluminous and relaxed. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Looking forward to wearing it come fall. If you like a more fitted garment, this item is not for you.

Love this!
Runs large. Very soft, medium weight, comfortable top. It drapes nicely over my hips and has really nice lines over my boxy frame. This is my third one. I ordered two in size XL and they are very roomy. I kept them and bought this third on one a L and it is plenty big. I usually wear an XL because I like loose fitting tops.

Perfect and soft. Easy to wear and comfortable. It’s not too much fabric and a great piece to layer with light jackets. I usually get overheated in long sleeves but this shirt is my favorite (I have several) and it’s perfectly warm without melting.

A favorite!
Based on the mixed reviews I hesitated to purchase but then decided to since the description still sounded appealing. I purchased the gingerbread heather and I love it. I really like the color and I really like the feel of the fabric. It isn't heavy but is very comfortable, soft and keeps me warm. I don't like heavy clothes in the winter. It does have a boxy fit to it but somehow drapes nicely. I like it so much that I am going to purchased another one in gray.

Weird fit - sending back.
This shirt is super soft and the color (gingerbread) was nice, however, it is an awkward shape. I ordered a petite small and it is basically as wide as it is long. The arm pits are low so when you raise your arms it looks like you have bat wings. Unfortunately, I'm sending it back.

I bought one in green, and immediately ordered two different colors. Very cozy, especially in a warmer climate (Southern California). In between t-shirt and sweatshirt weight, a bit fuzzy on the inside like a sweatshirt. I am short (5'2") but a bit heavy and prefer a bit oversized, so the regular XL is great; sleeves turn up easily.

Soft but odd
It is very soft but the fit is odd. I seem to be between sizes - Large is too big and Medium is too small. I ordered Medium in this since the text says it is 'relaxed' and 'generous'. The length is too short and the sleeves are too short.

That tag does not come off - part of shirt!
After I purchased this item, I realized that the circular LLBean tag was permanent! Not something that you peel off (like other similar tags on Bean clothing). This does not say in the description that this is permanent. It ruins what is otherwise a nice cozy shirt. I do not know why companies think we want to advertise their brands to everyone else. I certainly hope LL Bean does not go this route. Returned item.
