Excellent floor protection in an attractive form.
I have been looking for something like this for years. We have always had plastic garbage bags under our tree to protect the floor from water and scratches; this provides better protection and looks far more attractive. It is just the right size to leave a good edge around the tree stand, but small enough to easily fit under our tree skirt. Love it!

Best tree mat ever !
I bought this years ago and got them for our two daughters as well. This year our tree stand leaked and the waterhog tree mat soaked up every drop. Worth every penny. Also, my two year old grandson likes to play on it before the tree goes ip.

The waterhog mats are the best you can get! We have them in multiple places in our house. We already had one for the Christmas tree …this one was purchased to go under a huge plant we had outside all summer. Besides being very functional, it looks nice too!

Same great quality as the other waterhog mats we own. We bought it to protect our carpet and give our tree stand a firm base. It does that and more. It looks so good that we wouldn’t have needed our tree skirt. We liked the tree design because we will be able to use the mat under a bench on our front porch after the holidays are over. The color is the same as the large tree design mat we purchased for the front door.

I am happy with this purchase of a dedicated tree rug. In the past I have just used a folded piece of felt or an easily folded rug. This is much neater, flatter and water proof. My artificial tree does not pose a water threat, but I still like this cute round rug protecting my wood floor.

It's perfect!
I've needed a product like this for years, I'm so glad I stumbled upon it at LLBean! Previously, I've used plastic sheeting, towels, and cardboard in various combinations under my Christmas tree stand to protect the wood floor from water and scratches. This year I finally get to upgrade to this lovely waterhog mat. It looks great, I can tell it will serve it's purpose well.
Normally, when given the choice between red and green I pick red, but for this mat I picked green because I was worried the mat would show under the tree skirt. No need to worry, it's big, but not big enough to hang out from under the tree skirt. Both colors will work equally well for this purpose. I'll be keeping the green once because it's here and it's very nice, but if I want to buy a second I may very well get a red one. You really can't go wrong either way.
