Not sure it was what I really needed
I had high hopes for this bag because it seemed to be the answer to carrying my purse. I am babying am arthritic hip and felt it was light and small enough. It met those specifications, but I think the bottle pockets on the side are too shallow, and while my iPhone SE fits in them, they are too shallow to give adequate protection, especially from pickpockets. And finally the straps. the ribbon connections twist and make adjustments difficult. Overall it seems to be a gerat bag and after a month of use, I am not seeing any weark on the seams or stitching.

Decent (for me) but..
This is a decent back pack. I wish it had 2 zippers because the individual one doesn’t move easily (or quickly!!). The quality isn’t LLBEAN best that I’ve ever had, as some areas are sewn differently, poorly on one side and perfect on the other. But the size, the weight and the purpose is ideal for me. I’m trying to determine if it’s of value to keep it.

Boundless Backpack
This backpack is light weight, and deceiving! It maybe on the smaller size, but can still hold a lot. The extra zipper pocket on top is great area to put keys and wallet, making it easy to get too! Once again, another great product and design.

Lightweight and roomy
This is a great little backpack. I wanted something to take on a flight in addition to a carry on bag. It has nice padding against the back, and a sleeve for a small laptop or iPad. There is another zip compartment that is great for small items, such as phone, sunglasses and snacks. This pack would also be perfect for taking on a day hike.

Amazing for mom on the go
Can’t even put into words how amazing this backpack is. Super low profile. Stretchy spots on both sides for mommy and baby water bottles. Open inside for lots of room. Tablet holder for me is for a colouring book or kids book. Top pocket perfectly sized for phone wallet keys (and fleece insulated for phone protection). Adjustable to perfection. Feels very high quality and durable. I got it in pink and it’s a beautiful dark dusty rose as pictured. The straps are technical but to me they look like pretty ribbons which is nice for mom in summer chic (not). I love it. Now I want the other 2 boundless bag styles! Maybe in green next.

back pack design problem
Size and shape are good
However, would be much improved with 2 zippers on the main compartment instead of one. One zipper makes it much more difficult to access.

Questioning size of pack before ordering....
I had one of these backpacks before, and I used it as an everyday carry pack/purse. I ruined mine, however, and was going to order this, but it says the dimensions are 18" high by 11" in width. Is this backpack really this size? 18" high is a standard height for a large backpack (my computer backpack is this height). I am just questioning if these dimensions are accurate.

Good but could be better
Smaller than I expected. Couple of changes that would be nice: a key ring clip, and a couple of additional pockets on the inside. Adding one more on the back side u deer the straps would be nice.

Boundless Joy!
This boundless backpack came along at the right time. My beloved much used Jansport backpack zipper was done for and what I wanted for a replacement was a lightweight backpack without straps because they were a nuisance. I wear my LL Bean boundless model on hikes almost every day and it's pleasure to put on and remove. So light I hardly notice I'm wearing it. I couldn't be more pleased.
