Mountain Cross Body
I needed a light weight crossbody for every day use but I have not used it yet because I am waiting to use it for our Christmas & Anniversary trip to Switzerland in December but from the looks of this crossbody it made be too small for my passport, keys, lipstick and etc. We will see. The picture is deceiving online. It looks smaller when I opened it.

Love the colors and simiple minimalist style. Small but big enough to fit my phone, small wallet and let's me stick my glasses in the front pocket. It is replacing a similar small purse I bought from LLBean about 15 years ago (and that I've used daily). Small yet fits all my essentials.

Cute and holds the essentials
This is a small, cute, very lightweight crossbody or shoulder bag that holds the essentials. I love the colors and trim. Even though I knew what to expect, out of the package it looks surprisingly small. However it holds everything I've been carrying in a leather Tecovas wristlet, but it will not hold as much as a Lululemon 1-liter bag holds, for reference. If you're undecided here are some details: (I hope they will appear in list form.) . . . . . . . . . . .
My bag measures about 8* x 6.5" empty. It is flat, without side or bottom panels; no gussets. . . . . . . . .
Lightweight unlined material. The layer between the main compartment and the front pocket is slightly stiffer, but it's a thin fabric bag. . . . . . . . . .
The front zip pocket is full length and the space above the zipper is usable, which helps. . . . . . . . . .
The ends of the strap are done up so they aren't flapping. I wish that portion of the strap was attached to the other side, though, so it wouldn't be on the front when carried, but no big deal. . . . . . . . . .
The bag looks smaller than it appears on the tiny model, but it's big enough to hold the essentials such as a small flat wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, lipstick, pen, or the equivalent. A big wallet would take up much of the space. . . . . . . . . .
I always carry very small purses, but if you don't, this is still a good little bag for errands, walks, amusement parks, etc. when you don't want a bigger heavy bag. I'm pleased with it, but know what you are getting before you order. . . . . . . . . . . . .
The first photo shows it with an iPhone 13 and my small card case wallet, large keyring, etc. . . . . The second photo shows it with all those items inside. It would actually hold a couple more small flat items. My phone is in the front pocket and the outline is visible on the front.

The Freedom Bag.
This is a well made bag and it’s just the right size for my phone, thin wallet, and a few other essentials. It has two compartments and an highly adjustable shoulder strap so it can be used as a cross body bag. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and this bag has proved to be my best accessory. The bag is so light that several times I forgot I was wearing it, and had a split second of panic before realizing that it was safely situated across my body. I love that it is not only hands free, but also that it does not drag on my shoulder because I have filled it with too much stuff. I’m so glad I bought it, it has become my new go-to bag.

Photo in catalog is deceiving…
I am very disappointed with the size of the crossbody bag. Photo appears to be a normal size bag and it is actually barely big enough to get a phone in. Shame on me for not reviewing the product specs. Shame on LLbean for deceiving the customers.

This bag looks great and is a good size for small wallet, keys, phone, chapstick, etc. Do know that it's just a fabric bag (it folds and bends); there is no structure to it. For me, that makes it a little hard to rummage around in but maybe that's fine with you. I
