I purchased these because they are low cut. I had a burn on my ankle and couldn’t wear higher boots. They were not very comfortable but I have a hard to fit foot. I kept them just to have an extra pair of waterproof shoes.

Boots Better than Sneakers!
Snow sneakers are not just for snow! Though safety in winter walking was the first reason I bought them, the comfort level of these boots/sneakers is way beyond either boots or sneakers. I have sore, misshapen, arthritic feet which hinder walking at all, and especially in gear designed for inclement weather. Shopping is not an ordeal in my Bean’s sneaker/boots. They are that comfortable. I sometimes don’t take them off when I reach home and the comforts of my lounge chair. I only hope I can find something as admirable for the summer season. I ordered the sneaker/boots 1/2 size larger than normal for the extra length I need. They fit perfectly.

Half sizes would be better
These sneakers are nice and warm, even in bad weather. BUT, I wish the larger sizes were available in half sizes also. Bumping up a full size means these are not comfortable. They are simply too big!

Comfortable sneaker for the winter
Took the advice of others and bought a size smaller. Fits perfectly and is very comfortable, though it is a bit heavier on the foot than the sneakers that I usually wear. Haven't worn them in the snow yet cause hopefully our snow is gone for the season!

I’ve had the snow sneaker lace up boots for several years and they are warm and have good grip and they’re very durable. I got this lower version to try and it feels very warm soft and comfortable. I found these were a 1/2 size too long and I returned and got the next size smaller which is perfect.
I almost got the storm chaser slip on low boots but I like these lace up snow shoes better as they have a more secure fit. I expect them to last for many winters like the snow sneaker boots which still are holding up well.

I bought these so I didn’t have to wear heavier boots to walk to work when there was no snow, but they are too loose and my foot slides around making them annoying to wear even with heavy socks. The length is just right, so I didn’t want to go a size smaller.

Bean Lace-up Snow Sneaker
Sneaker was a good shoe - was looking for good treads for ice and snow and these had that. However, it was a little too low for the snow accumulations we've had recently in Massachusetts and it was an 81/2 "Wide", which I should have noticed at the store but didn't. I am an 81/2 Medium. That said, it's a good, safe, comfortable shoe in the right size.

Low Ankle Opening
I bought this version of the snow sneaker about 5 months ago and I have to say that it does not compare to my old snow sneakers. Warmth is fine, but the ankle is not protected from the snow at all.The cut is to low, allowing cold air to freeze the ankle, so I am using the old ones instead- really unfortunate and needs to be changed..
