A versatile fleece-lined scuff that's comfy enough for relaxing moments indoors, but rugged enough to be worn outdoors.
It's rare to find a comfy slipper built this tough. The cozy fleece lining and super-soft cushioning alone make these the perfect choice for lounging around at home. But we didn't stop there. We added a water-resistant upper, a rugged Bean-Boot-inspired chain-tread outsole for superior traction and our classic triple-needle stitching for durability. A perfect gift for my son. A 10 out of 10!
These were a gift to my son. He had told me several times how comfortable they are to wear all day when he works from home. One day I received a text that he had forgotten to put on shoes with a picture of his slippers on his feet at the supermarket. He can step outside with his dog briefly without changing into his shoes.

Nice but narrow
Wonderful slippers but just too narrow for my SIL foot. He can only walk around in them by folding down the heel as the toe box area is just too small. He said they were true to size.

Best slipper, order a size bigger.
The slippers were a gift to my son who wears a size 10 1/2 shoe, we are lucky to have a LLBean store only 3hrs away, so he tried these slippers on. The size that fit was a size 12. He loves these slippers so much, that only after a month we were buying a second pair to let the first pair rest and air to prolong the life of his favorite slippers.

LLBean had to ship a second pair since these slippers were manufactured too small. So my normal size of 10 needed to be replaced by 11.
It would have been nice if LLBean was aware of this!

Does not fit high instep
I bought my husband a pair of these slippers for Christmas. They look beautiful and well made. However, they were much too tight across the top of his foot. We returned them for the next size up and they were still too tight across his instep.

I would have rated these higher but for the fact that my feet start sweating within 5 minutes of wearing them. I have to either wear thin socks with them or take them off to let my feet air out. This didn't happen with others slippers that I have bought from LLBean.

The Great Comfy Slipper Loafer
Great as a gift. Very comfy. Classic look. Dare I say they could even be worn out of the house, as they look like a nice loafer. Sizing seems to run a bit snug... that might be because of the fur on the inside or they're not broken in yet...or to prevent them from coming off, as the heel is low. Although, I don't believe they offer half sizes... Otherwise, a very nice product.

Warm but worn
Warm and cozy but the right slipper inside at the big toe is already wearing - 2 weeks on. Fit is snug, with little room if you decide on socks as well. Compared to other brands, they're dandy for light use around the house but I wouldn't spend too much time in them.
