Our sweater is crafted from 100% premium lambswool yarns that are richly textured and noticeably softer than competitors' versions. In fact, it's practically impossible to find other ragg sweaters made without using lesser wool-blend yarns. Each of our ragg wool sweaters is designed stitch by stitch with time-honored styling and details.

If in between sizes, size down
Purchased this for my husband for Christmas. We had stopped by a local store that carries LL Bean items to try one of this style on. My husband is usually a Medium, sometimes a small when items run big, and this sweater in Medium was sloppy HUGE on him. We sized down to a small when we ordered and It fits him perfectly - slightly big, but not in an odd, oversized way like the medium was. He loves his new sweater, and I think he'll be asking for another one next Christmas :).

Very Nice Sweater
Nice, warm sweater. True to size. I was hoping that the yellow stripe was a bright yellow. Instead, and if you look closely at the picture, it is a golden yellow. However, that doesn't detract from the beauty of the sweater.

This sweater was lighter and more loosely woven than the 3 prior ragg wool sweaters I purchased during the past 2 years. It weighs less and is not nearly as thick. While it is a good sweater is is not of the same quality as the others.

Inconsistant Sizing
Nice looking sweater (Arctic Blue), but sizing is way off. The Large is at least one size too big. I have the LL Bean Fair Isle sweater in large and it fits perfectly, so I expected similar results from this one. A little surprised that Beans isn't a little better at quality control...
