It's hot in Phoenix. It's also not that windy. But the fit and feel of this jacket makes it the perfect choice for my work attire and I really needed the zip pocket for my company phone, now I can hear it! And the colors! So nice!

Great Jacket
I bought this jacket a couple of years ago, and as I was hanging it up today I thought, this deserves a great review. It is warm, cozy, long enough to cover the rear, has sturdy zipped pockets, and the chest pocket is great for a phone or passport. It is very comfortable in cold windy conditions. I often wear it layered under a long raincoat, and the combination is comfortable, dry and warm. The waffle fabric is neater looking than most regular fleece.

Perfection
This jacket is replaceing a much loved similar/sentimetal jacket and it shines in all ways! Weight is substantial without being bulky and a slight tapering that is flattering. It would withstand a drizzle and definately blocks the wind! Reccomend!

Stiff fabric.
I appreciate the wind protection from this jacket, but the inside material is just too stiff and scratchy for me. The jacket also seems to be a size or two too large. The cut of this jacket is very boxy and unflattering. I have tried 2 different colors hoping to overcome the unflattering fit. I prefer the softness and feminine fit of the sweater fleece jacket & don’t feel like the wind resistance is enough of a difference for me to pick this jacket over the sweater fleece.

Great wind protection

Remarkably warm in the wind!
I have worn this jacket so many days this winter, for walking, ice skating, XC skiing, and have never once been cold. My usual size (Petite small) easily fits a couple of inner layers. For truly frigid temps I add a light vest.

Love it, but I think it runs a tad big
I'm usually a S but the S is too big (baggy, long). I ordered the XS and it's too small. I could not wear anything but a light layer under it. I consider myself pretty standard size S so I hope this helps other buyers. I'm 5'7, 140 lbs.

No one else makes a jacket like this!
I live on the coast and it's often windy. Before I discovered this jacket I wore fleece with a windbreaker over it. I've purchased two of these jackets and they are my favorite choice of outerwear all year long. The fleece is soft and cozy and I'm warm inside, sheltered from the wind.
