Our cozy sherpa-lined robe instantly warms up cool nights and mornings. Made of our ultrasoft cotton flannel in authentic Scottish tartans, with a toasty-warm sherpa fleece lining.
An L.L.Bean exclusive, our plush flannel is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual cotton fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

It's stylish and wonderfully warm from the moment you put it on. It appears to be very well- made. My 92 year-old husband loves the appearance and the warmth of the lining. As a retired graphic designer, the appearance and performance of the robe are important aspects of his rating. He felt it was a perfect Christmas gift! Warm, comfortable and very well made.
This was a gift for my husband and he wears it all the time! He has NEVER worn a robe and now he is in love with it. The flannel exterior is warm and very attractive and the inside fleece keeps him warm and happy. I bought him the flannel slippers to go with it and he is beyond thrilled. The quality is the best and lives up to the L..L. Bean standards. Highly recommend.

2nd time buying this robe.
1st robe after washing. Flannel shrank while the lining didn't. Lining showed past the hemline in back of robe. Also hole in plaid flannel on elbow and pocket after 1 yr. use.

Much Too Big
On the website, this looked like the perfect Christmas present for my husband. Unfortunately, it was HUGE! I ordered the 2X (his usual L.L. Bean size) and it looked even larger than a 3X would have been. Back it went. Equally unfortunate was that the XL was completely sold out. So disappointed.
