Beautiful color, petite sleeves not too long
The Wood Violet is a lovely color and finally, a jacket with petite sleeves that are not too long. It seems that more recently jacket sleeves have become too long (petite people have shorter arms!). I had to pay a tailor to shorten the sleeves on my last windbreaker from Bean. I wore this out in a light drizzle and stayed dry but I would not chance using it in a downpour. It keeps out the chill over a light sweater in damp weather, perfect for fall.

Not Water Resistant
I bought this to wear outdoors and got soaked in the rain. It is not remotely water resistant. LL Bean outerwear has always been top notch but this fell short.
