My fav winter coat
I love this coat. As a quick disclaimer - I have no idea if it’s fashionable and I don’t care. I just want to be warm when I need to be outside in the winter. It’s super warm and cozy even for single digit windchills. There is a zipped pocket inside the pockets (yes, that’s what I said) which is great for a phone. It has a double zip plus snaps down the front. Seriously great winter coat.

Exactly what I was looking for. Warm, dry, weatherproof. fits good. love the inside elastic at the waistline. The only thing I would recommend would be deeper outside hand pockets and an extra deep inside pocket.

Nice coat but
The zipper is difficult to line it up since there is 2 zipper closures for bottom of the coat can be opened at the hips. Zipping it up isnt smooth action. The teeth of zipper are plastic metal would of been better in my opinion.

Coat is great, pockets are eh.
This coat delivers on warmth and wind blocking like a champ. I also like the fit and feel good in it.
The hood is a little too big for my head, but its probably okay for most others and the hood is detachable so no big deal.
The pockets are not deep enough for me. I like that there is a zip pocket under the standard open pocket but it takes effort to use the zip. I've had multiple things fall out of the pockets because they are too shallow. If you rely on coat pockets, this one may let you down but delivers in every other category.

Love it!
I live in an extreme winter climate with temps ranging from -20 to 30 December through February. This is the first coat I've had in a while that truly keeps me warm. Love the hidden zippered pockets inside the hand pockets, and that the inside breast pocket is large enough for a phone, and also zips. Thank you so much for making this coat!

Great Jacket
Love this jacket. It’s really warm. I LIKE these features: not bulky, love the length, it has the inside zipper at the top left inside of coat and it has a drawstring in the center of the inside if you need to make it tighter around the waste.

Nice warm coat
The coat is definitely warm and a comfortable fit. I appreciate the fitted cuff so the sleeves don't fall over my hands, and the drawstring waist provides some shape. I've worn the coat less than a dozen times so far, and am wondering how long before it stops shedding feathers? They seem to be working their way out of the shell. Overall though, it has all the features I was looking for.

Good Quality Winter Parka - Very Good Value
This is a solid jacket the will keep you warm in frigid temperatures. Very good for the price.
That being said, I wouldn’t mind paying a little more for the following upgrades: 1). Stretch Cuffs under the existing one’s, 2) Zippered hood, this one comes unbuttoned when I try to remove my cross body pocketbook 3) Interior straps as seen on other name brand jackets so you can remove the jacket without putting it down 4) Zippered side pockets.
Despite areas for improvement, at $160, this is a really nice value and well worth the price.

Great Parka
I’ve been very happy with this parka. No issues with the zipper that I read in other reviews. I chose this one for the removable hood, as I find them uncomfortable. It looks nice and has kept me warm so far through this winter in the NY metro area. I removed one star for some slight fit issues. The shoulders are a bit tight, and I wish the sleeves were a little longer. When I fully extend my arms forward they ride up and leave my wrists bare. I tried going a size up, but then the body of the jacket was so loose it wouldnt have held heat in as well. I had a hard time finding a coat that met all my needs, so the sleeves weren’t a dealbreaker.

Love this coat. It's almost perfect, BUT... it's kind of amazing that there is not a good pocket for a phone. The pocket is somewhat small, so the phone might easily fall out. It does have a snap, but with how often a phone goes in and out of a pocket, I'm convinced I'm going to break the snap with wear and tear. Seems silly maybe to care so much about this, but pockets are important and phones are just a fact of life now. With a good pocket, the coat would definitely rate a 5 star review.

This parka is very warm but the snaps down the front are very difficult to close. My main complaint is that I wish that there was a tall version, as the sleeves are slightly too short for me and the hood doesn't fit properly. Please LL Bean, make more clothes for tall women!!!

Love this warm and comfortable jacket
I bought this coat because I love the length and the way it fits. It also turned out to be one of the warmest coats I’ve ever had. It’s lightweight, not bulky and also unzips from the bottom, which is great when driving. To date it’s been a very cold and windy winter here in New England and this jacket has kept me very warm on early morning walks or late day playtime with the dog. The hood has a good fit over a hat without being too big and allowing the cold air in. I like how it zips up to my chin without being irritating. So far I like everything about this jacket.

Great for winter walks in VA
We walk our dogs 2x daily. With just a tshirt underneath, I am warm even at 30degress outside.
With rain or wind, I just pull up the hood
Very comfortable, true to size (I’m 5’1”, 130 lbs, got the Petite M) Perfect fit. I also own the navy one from a few years back. Definitely recommend!

Love this coat!
Beautiful, very warm and tailored… it fits like a dream! It’s not stiff or restrictive - It’s a really great medium weight jacket that’s super comfortable to wear. I love the snap buttons, and it’s got a 2-way zipper so it’s comfortable to wear while driving (I can zip it up from the bottom to give me extra leg room). This jacket does not disappoint, and I live in Wyoming where the winters can be brutal, especially in the freezing wind!

Warm!
This is a great coat. Not too long but still covers your butt, lightweight bust still very warm. My only (small) complaints: I wish it came in other colors. I loved the emerald green color but that only came in the short option. The pockets are a bit too low for me and could be deeper. I love that the hood can come off but sometimes it unsnaps too easy. But overall great warm coat
