Excellent quality and seems like it will be warm.
I bought this to replace a jacket with a very tight liner. The inside of the sleeves are very smooth and should be much easier to slide over long sleeves. I’m 6’3” and 220 lbs and XLT fits well.my only concern is that it is difficult to reattach the hood once removed. I’m very pleased overall and it’s definitely high quality.

Fits too tight in the hips for me.
Yes, I'm a little older, wider and heavier. I purchased a 2XL and it fit pretty good until it got down to my hips. It is a challenge to get the zipper started but it does zip all the way up, but if I put on snow pants or lined jeans it would be a no go. It is tight enough that over time I think outdoor work will probably tear out the bottom of the zipper. If you're like me, more of a pear shape, I'd suggest going a size up, but then the top part would be way too big. If the bottom was 3-4 inches wider and the top part stayed the same, well, perhaps, do they make a 2XL wide hip size? I won't be wearing this one much and it will likely make it to the jacket donation collection next fall.

Fitted for a parka?
Purchased the same size as previous jacket. Didn't notice the description state slightly fitted. If it was worn with a t-shirt it fight fine, but with a sweat shirt its too tight. Returned for larger size but the next size up was out of stock.

The parka arrived as advertised. It is long, well made and effective for cold to very cold weather. Only question about it is whether it has enough down for extremely cold weather. Other jackets I've had decades ago in New England had more down and performed in extreme cold.

Iv'e been wearing a nice Bean Winter coat for 15- 20 yrs. It's a medium. When buying this Bean coat I ordered a med. + Lg.to cover the size. Neither fit well around the chest and arms, too snug. I am ok . not thrilled with the ex-lg I got cause it's loose around the middle.

Warm without being bulky.

Warm, easy to don, perfect length in body and sleeves, love the fleece-lined pockets, good looking. The only places it is lacking it needs a zipped chest pocket on the front (for cell phones!) and the pockets need the stitching to go up a half-inch or so so keys don't fall out.

Great coat. Cold temps hit a little earlier than usual this year and have been wearing this coat every day for running around town and walking the dog, etc. it is very warm and comfortable. Feels like wearing a puffy blanket. Fit is fairly straight. So not too big in the waist but not fitted. The only thing I wish it had is an internal waistline draw chord to tighten it up on windy days.

NOT ENOUGH POCKETS!
There are no inside pockets to keep things safe. The two outside pockets only have one snap to close and anything can fall out. Inside those two pockets there is a very small area that has a zip that is basically of no use for gloves or glasses. Maybe a key?
