Looks great but that's it
Anyone who thinks this is a good rain jacket has either never been outside or has never owned an actual rain jacket. More than 20minutes outside in anything more than a mist and water will begin to soak through. Don't be cheap like me, buy gortex. On the upside, it looks great and is good against wind (and maybe if you coated it in water-proofing spray it could be a camping/backpacking jacket), but that's about it.

Men’s quarter zip anorak
Bought this for my son for Christmas but he returned it as he does not like quarter zip items. It was very well made and the colors were nice. Being a quarter zip it ran small and difficult to get on and off. Giving 4 stars as it was well made. If it was a full zip he would have kept it.

I have five that keep getting "borrowed". I love how you can layer over and under them. I keep mine weatherproof with silcone spray. I would like a red one...hint hint. These are XL and fit most folks and look great in every season. Anoraks can be used as paddle jackets.

Essential gear!
This has been my favorite top later for two decades. The jacket is marginally waterproof but otherwise perfect for a variety of cool to cold weather. I use the zipper pouch when I travel. Combine this jacket with a sweater and you’ll never need a heavy coat unless planning a trip all the way south.
