We designed this ultra-versatile jacket just like the adult version, with a smooth, sweater-knit exterior, brushed fleece interior - and tested the fabric in our lab to the highest industry standards to ensure it holds up to wear and washings. For versatility and value, there's no comparison.

This is the second sweater fleece my kid has used. They wear really well despite heavy use. My one complaint is that the “boy” colors are pretty dull and dismal. Would love some brighter ungendered colors.

Two different shades of blue on sleeves
Love this jacket. Durable, easily laundered, just warm enough, and somehow just cool enough. We wanted the blue and red, but it was out of stock, so we ordered the gray and blue. Be aware that this style has one cobalt blue sleeve, and one royal blue sleeve. I didn’t look closely enough when we ordered, and was a little surprised.

I love my sweater fleece and so does my son! Warm, well-made, and he loves the blue/rust color scheme. Got a 5/6 so my 4 year old (wears size 5 tops) will hopefully get 2 years out of it. It seems like he will!

Awesome Hoodie
This fleece looks really sharp on my kid. Like the adult version the inside is nice and soft and comfortable while the outside is woven like a sweater providing a little bit tougher material for when he rolls through every patch of dirt he can find.
Its stood up to hard outdoor use better then I would expect a fleece to handle.

I bought this jacket along with the purple for my twins. The color is as pictured, great look for fall. My little one is thin and though to buy the small But the arms were a bit short as he is 9. I got the medium and is big in the arms. I am sewing them a bit. Body is great.

Nice Fall Jacket!
Love the fall colors in this jacket! Really comfortable, too. I bought it for myself since I am very small (girl size 10-12 in most brands) that usually has trouble getting clothes from women’s department. I was gonna buy a size Large for a roomier fit but realized that the size runs large and a Medium is already very roomy that I can wear thick sweater/sweatshirt and another hat underneath it.

For a petite adult
I’m 5’2” 117lbs with short arms and a regular torso, 36in bust. I loved the color combo of this fleece so I got it instead of the adult women’s sizes, which are always too big in the regular size range. I ended up in a Kids Medium (!!!) for a more flattering fit, but a Large would also work if I wanted more room and torso length. Sleeves hit me right at the wrist so if you have longer arms, size up. These run long in the body, XL was huge on me. The fleece is soft, colors are great in person. I love the raglan shoulders, makes it possible for lots of frame sizes to fit this jacket. I don’t like the flap pockets inside, it’s nicer when they are hidden in the lining but they are at least racked down and not flopping around. The hood is a good size, i was worried it would be too small but it’s good. The quality isn’t incredible but it’s not bad, I’m happy with it overall! I got it to layer under a heavier rain jacket or wear as a cute fall jacket.
LLBean I would love if you would make all the cute adult women’s fleeces in petite sizes. Your clothes run big.
