Love this shoe design and colors!
This shoe has been a life saver for my feet and eye candy with its colors and cute design. I have trouble finding shoes that accommodate all my foot challenges... bunion, toes, flat feet, spreading feet, inability to wear heels. Oh my! But I can wear these shoes with no irritation, no pressure from the material, no feet sliding inside the shoe. I can zip around doing my errands and taking walks with no problems. My feet feel comfortable in this shoe. I have it in four colors: navy, green (previous years), grey, pink. Would have gotten turquoise, too, but missed the boat on that gorgeous color! L.L. Bean, please make more in that color! Sometimes the top of the shoe does fold slightly under when I put it on. I just unfold it and am good to go! I look forward to the warmer weather so I can live in these shoes. Hope this helps. And yes, I am an older senior citizen. 😉 But one who wants to be on the go! This shoe really helps me to do so. My wife loves the shoe however the original one that she had was returned due to the are of the shoe where your foot enters was tearing. After receiving a replacement she found out why the first one was tearing due to the fact that when she was putting her foot into the shoe the tongue part would move inward and she would have to pull it back

Once you get them on, they are comfy. but the top edge rolls under as you slide in to them so you have to work it out flat.

Beautiful but didn’t work for me
Bought these at Freeport outlet store. I wanted them for wearing without socks and my heels hurt. Perhaps I should have worn lightweight socks. But I retuned them.

Very comfortable, but fix the heel.
Very comfortable, I could wear them all day the first time I put them on. Look good with anything you wear, many complements. The only problem is that the shoes are too wide in the heel. It makes them slip when walking until I put something in the heel of the shoe to prevent the slipping. I own 3 pair of these shoes and they all have the same issue,

Fabric is stiff
I have this shoe in the Loden green color, no stripes, and absolutely LOVE them and am anxious to get another pair as the fabric was soft and comfortable from the get go. Unfortunately, the striped fabric is much stiffer and after having them for several months, I can now wear them for a few hours before I need to change them. Note: I do wear them without socks. I’m highly disappointed that only the nubuck ones are available now; they’re fine but not quite as comfortable as the plain colored stretchy material. For sizing, I have always worn size 9 in all LL Bean footwear and find that sizing up is a mistake.Magothy
