L.L.Bean: The Pride Collection

For the past 110 years, we have served our communities and customers with that mindset, and we remain committed to ensuring everyone feels safe and welcome in the outdoors.

This June, in celebration of Pride Month, we are excited to continue our commitment to creating outdoor access for all and share the joy of Pride through our 2022 L.L.Bean Pride Collection. This year, in addition to a limited edition Pride Collection, L.L.Bean is continuing support of OUT There Adventures by committing $50,000 to the organization, which provides empowering experiences in nature for LGBTQ+ youth.

Comprised of a range of apparel and accessories – including t-shirts, tote bags, hats, beach towels and more – the limited-edition L.L.Bean Pride Collection celebrates the joy of the outdoors in support of our LGBTQ+ employees, customers, neighbors, family and friends.

Owen Kelly, head of product creation at L.L.Bean, describes how this collection came to life: “Our mission is to help everyone enjoy and feel welcome in the outdoors, and we hope that message comes through in this collection. All of our designs at L.L.Bean are made for functionality, performance and protection in the outdoors, and we’re excited to translate our brand ethos into such a fun and joyous collection in celebration of Pride Month and in support of the LGBTQ+ community."

“What is truly beautiful about the outdoors,” he adds, “is that there is room for everyone. This collection is about inviting people in, and we hope our customers enjoy the collection as much as we enjoyed making it.”
