Simply call your local store and tell us you’d like to use our curbside pickup service. You can reserve items any time. Pick up is available from 10am-5pm daily.

2. Make Payment

We can take payment over the phone or once you arrive at the store.

3. Wait as We Load You Up

There’s no need to get out of your car! Just show us a valid photo ID, unlock your trunk or back door, and you’ll be on your way with your L.L.Bean purchase.

For the safety of our customers and employees, we will not be taking curbside returns.

How does curbside pickup work?

Call your local store for the availability of the item(s) you want. It is recommended that you pay for your item(s) at this time to expedite the pick-up process. Curbside services could vary by store, but rest assured that in all cases we will be able to follow social distancing guidelines to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees.

Do I need to wait in my car, or can I wait outside the store for my order?

We ask that you please stay in your car at all times during the pickup process.

What if I change my mind about my order?

Please call the store; they will be happy to help you cancel or alter your order.

Can someone else pick up my curbside order?

No. We require a photo identification that matches the existing order information.

How long will you hold my items?

We will hold both paid and unpaid items for 48 hours.
